As the design is 3D it really brings it to life. No pushy selling.
A really straightforward experience. Online planning appointment, that lasts about a hour, where you can set out all your must haves and would likes. Jane went through various styles including the hardware and worktops so she could put samples in the post. The design follows shortly after with another appointment to review and make any changes. Great designs at a great price
We did extensive research when planning our new kitchen, getting design appointments and quotes at all of the well known mid-range suppliers, as well as various online suppliers and local specialists. Smile were the last option we came across and were the most impressive. Our designer, Huse, spotted several potential issues and solutions in our design that none of the others had spotted across months of planning, and the Zoom call was helpful and personable. When the quote came through it was 15-50% lower than our quotes for Wren, Magnet, Howdens and Benchmarx which were the same design and similar spec.

A lovely experience
Jane and the team at Smile Kitchens were a breath of fresh air after a disappointing experience elsewhere. From initial enquiry to design, Jane made everything straightforward, truly listening to my preferences without making me feel like I was being fussy. The samples brought to my home simplified decision-making immensely. Despite a major flood post-installation, the after-sales team handled issues with ease. With the cabinets unaffected by water damage, I'm eagerly awaiting my new cabinet doors and can't wait to see my dream kitchen come to life. Highly recommend :)

Corinne was very fast to understand my vision and make it reality.
We are moving the whole kitchen to a different room and it's been a long and painful process but I have to say the easiest part of it has been the actual kitchen planning. We're expecting delivery for our new kitchen end of next month and can't wait! We decided to go with Linje Groove & Doll. The whole planning process has been relatively easy and Corinne has been very responsive to all our enquiries and changes and overall lovely person to deal with. I have anything but traditional personal taste and also had quite a clear idea how I want my kitchen to look and practicality of it.

The consultancy and planning process is very efficient and non pressured.
Sian our designer was very friendly and helpful throughout the planning stage and was so patient at dealing with our many changes of mind. She offered good support and ideas for planning our small kitchen, making the best of the space available but within budget. Smile also offer an excellent free sample service. Our samples arrived within 2 days and it was so good to be able to really scrutinise them in our own time at home before making our decision.

Martyn and the whole team have been amazing to deal with.
I am expecting delivery of my kitchen at the end of March. It has been a far better experience than my mum has had dealing with Wren in person so far! The quality of the samples looks and feels great and I am excited to see the final product.

Amazing experience!
Our experience from start to finish with Natalie was fantastic. So much easier than previous kitchen companies we've worked with and being able to do the calls via video call, really does help speed the process along.

The Smile designer has been terrific
I began my kitchen renovation project about 2 years ago and had been directed to Smile by an architectural company. The Smile designer has been terrific keeping to my budget, has listened carefully to me, and above all interpreted, and improved, my initial ideas into a viable kitchen design.

She listened to what we wanted and came up with a wonderful design for us.
Jane was so helpful and lovely. We were on a tight timeframe and she got samples out to us incredibly quickly. She listened to what we wanted and came up with a wonderful design for us. She also wasn't uncomfortably pushy like other companies we dealt with. It was a pleasure dealing with her.

Jane kept all the features we loved and helped us think about the space in a new way.
Jane was fantastic. We had seen another (well known) kitchen designer before Smile Kitchens but we didn't go with them because after only 15 mins Jane came up with an even better design than the previous people did after a number of hours! Exceptionally engaging, without pressure!
What a breath of fresh air our designer Corinne has been helping us working towards our dream kitchen. From planning, to door / quartz samples being sent out. Couldn't recommend more! The whole design process has been amazing.
I haven't ordered my kitchen yet but the whole design process has been amazing. Jane my designer has put up with my millions of changes and blown me away with solutions to any problems I may have. The fact that there are no pushy sales techniques is a breath of fresh air. I can't wait to see my kitchen come to life! I'd highly recommend Smile Kitchens.

Great experience from start to finish
Design service was the best we encountered during our early investigations for a kitchen supplier. As we moved from design to installation phase, communications were excellent. Delivery of kitchen was on time. Our delivery was missing an item but one call to the installations team at Smile and it was all sorted. Our Kitchen fitter who had not encountered the Smile kitchen before commented on the good quality of the cabinets and the kitchen itself was easy to install.

Happy to talk through options and alter things until you're satisfied. The samples they send through the post give you reassurance about their quality. Would definitely recommend and grateful we found them too!
