Renovating your first kitchen can be daunting. Nazia felt all those feelings when it came to renovating her family home! She naturally felt ‘nervous and apprehensive’ but everyone at Smile was here to ease her worries, because that’s what we do!
Nazia worked closely with our designers exploring kitchen options until we got the finalised design. Nazia, like all Smile customers, had regular design meetings via zoom to run through amendments to make sure we got everything just how she wanted it.

Nazia opted for a sleek contemporary look contrasting beautifully to the rustic brick tiling. She chose our Leende range in Chalk which is a gloss finished slab door, paired with our discreet Fold handles in a chrome finish to make the kitchen look seamless.
Opting for a light colour in a narrow kitchen makes the kitchen feel brighter and larger. The use of a gloss finish also allows for the reflection of light giving the kitchen a feeling of space. Pairing white gloss with red brick and wood tones really warms the space and creates an inviting feel with a beautiful balance of light and dark.
Choosing a gloss is a perfect low maintenance option for a family, they are easy to wipe clean, less susceptible to stains and stand the test of time! With a young family herself we think Nazia made the perfect decision picking our Leende range!
We worked with Nazia to adapt this kitchen to her dimensions as she had certain structural features that needed to be considered. We used a combination of cabinetry to make sure Nazia was happy with the design, and it worked practically for the whole family! As Nazia said ‘Smile Kitchens were quick to fit in all of our desires for a practical and stylish kitchen’.
