Everyone is different. Everyone has their own quirks, their own style, their own way of cooking. So your kitchen should be unique to you. That’s why we spend as much time as you’d like getting to know you. We want to hear all about what’s wrong with your current setup and what your dream kitchen looks like. We promise to find out exactly what you’d like (and need) from your kitchen.

Work around you

We know how important your time is, and we really appreciate you sharing it with us. So we work around you. You don’t need to plan a trip to a showroom or frantically tidy the house before a home visit. We’ll call you whenever is good for you, and we’ll do everything over a video call, discussing your designs and sharing virtual plans. We’ll even send any samples you’d like straight to your door.

Be open & honest, always

Our designers will be upfront and honest at all times, so you can always discuss plans, ask why an item has been included and make any changes you want. They’ll share designs, itemised quotes and timetables for delivery at every opportunity - so you always know what’s going on and always have chance to share any feedback.

Provide a 10 year guarantee

We offer a 10 year guarantee as standard, for extra peace of mind. And if that wasn’t enough, we’ll even arrange fuss-free returns if anything isn’t up to scratch. Plus we promise to make sure you’ll always get the very best value. It’s why we spend hours and hours every single month price-checking our competitors and sourcing the very best materials.

Only ask for payment after delivery

The proof is in the pudding, which is why we never ask for a deposit and never ask you to pay a single penny until your new kitchen is delivered straight to your door. All your samples and all your designs are all done before you even need to think about paying us. And when you’ve got your new kitchen, you’ve still got our 14 day money back guarantee (though no-one has ever asked us for this yet!)

Work closely with your fitter

When we deliver your brand spanking new kitchen, we don’t just disappear. Our designers are on hand to work with your installation team. We’ll send useful drawings and helpful tips, and we’ll speak directly to your fitter if we need to. And if they run into any difficulties, we won’t quibble over any remedial work. We just send out replacements so your fit goes as smoothly as possible.
