Corinne was very fast to understand my vision and make it reality.

We are moving the whole kitchen to a different room and it's been a long and painful process but I have to say the easiest part of it has been the actual kitchen planning. We're expecting delivery for our new kitchen end of next month and can't wait! We decided to go with Linje Groove & Doll. The whole planning process has been relatively easy and Corinne has been very responsive to all our enquiries and changes and overall lovely person to deal with. I have anything but traditional personal taste and also had quite a clear idea how I want my kitchen to look and practicality of it.

The consultancy and planning process is very efficient and non pressured.

Sian our designer was very friendly and helpful throughout the planning stage and was so patient at dealing with our many changes of mind. She offered good support and ideas for planning our small kitchen, making the best of the space available but within budget. Smile also offer an excellent free sample service. Our samples arrived within 2 days and it was so good to be able to really scrutinise them in our own time at home before making our decision.

Martyn and the whole team have been amazing to deal with.

I am expecting delivery of my kitchen at the end of March. It has been a far better experience than my mum has had dealing with Wren in person so far! The quality of the samples looks and feels great and I am excited to see the final product.

Amazing experience!

The Smile designer has been terrific

I began my kitchen renovation project about 2 years ago and had been directed to Smile by an architectural company. The Smile designer has been terrific keeping to my budget, has listened carefully to me, and above all interpreted, and improved, my initial ideas into a viable kitchen design.

I haven't ordered my kitchen yet but the whole design process has been amazing. Jane my designer has put up with my millions of changes and blown me away with solutions to any problems I may have. Great experience from start to finish

Design service was the best we encountered during our early investigations for a kitchen supplier. As we moved from design to installation phase, communications were excellent. Delivery of kitchen was on time. Our delivery was missing an item but one call to the installations team at Smile and it was all sorted. Our Kitchen fitter who had not encountered the Smile kitchen before commented on the good quality of the cabinets and the kitchen itself was easy to install.

Happy to talk through options and alter things until you're satisfied. The samples they send through the post give you reassurance about their quality. Would definitely recommend and grateful we found them too!

The process and service was fantastic from start to finish.

I really can’t give enough praise to Smile Kitchens. Corinne was professional and patient, as I made quite a few changes along the way! I did a lot of research and I knew what I wanted but couldn’t achieve it in budget until I found Smile, I actually think the online process was far superior to going through the regular showroom experience and way less hassle doing it all on zoom. Value for money really is unbeatable if you want to create a bespoke looking kitchen on a tight budget and spend on the finishing touches.

Why look elsewhere?

I just had a good feeling about Smile right from the start and I wasn't disappointed. Jane our designer was patient and so helpful. Natalie was brilliant and always kept us informed. The delivery driver (sorry didn't get his name) was a star as well. All of this wouldn't have meant much if the kitchen wasn't good. But it was all great. And at half the price of other suppliers and at better quality too. Why look anywhere else. I have complete faith in recommending Smile Kitchens to anyone, We feel really smug when we show our Vard kitchen to friends. Thanks to everyone at Smile. They certainly put a smile on our face.

Excellent service and value for money

Smile made everything really easy, from booking the initial design appointment to ordering samples and deciding on the final design. We didn’t ever feel pressured or like we were being sold to. Corinne listened to our preferences and was patient in making the last few final tweaks to the design. I would recommend Smile to anyone wanting a fuss free and value for money service.
